1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HirePulse at hirepulse.app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

HirePulse is a real-time job intelligence platform that aggregates job listings from company career pages and updates them hourly. We help job seekers discover new opportunities faster.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

HirePulse offers a free trial period followed by paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual plans are available
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe

4. Free Trial

New users receive a free trial period. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to limit accounts to a maximum of 2 devices at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute job data from HirePulse
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Use automated tools to access the service

7. Intellectual Property

HirePulse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HirePulse and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Job listings displayed on HirePulse are property of the respective employers.

8. Disclaimers

HirePulse aggregates job listings from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing. We are not responsible for the hiring decisions of any employer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HirePulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
